The rules for using this website and the waitlist that lives on it. When the product itself opens, there'll be a separate agreement for that; this one covers the marketing site.
Sampld Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales ("Sampld", "we", "us"), and you — the person visiting sampld.net, reading the pages, or submitting the waitlist form ("you"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
A pre-launch marketing site describing what Sampld is building, and a form for expressing interest in early access. Nothing on it is a product, a promise of a product, or a contract to deliver anything. Screenshots, mockups, and example data ("Blue Room, 4AM" and any similar references) are illustrations only.
Submitting the form doesn't guarantee you access, a specific timeline, or any pricing. We'll do our best to route submissions into cohorts sensibly. If you're admitted to a cohort, you'll receive a separate agreement covering that.
You may read anything on this site, share the link, quote from it with attribution, and use the free Sampld resolver when it launches, within its own terms. You may not:
The name Sampld, the wordmark, the visual design of this site, and the copy on it are ours (or licensed to us). The font families and third-party assets used by the site (Bricolage Grotesque, Big Shoulders Display, Inter, JetBrains Mono) are used under their respective open licences.
You retain everything you send us — the email address, name, and text you submit — and grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of contacting you about early access. See the privacy policy for the specifics.
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that any specific content will remain published, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that any figure, illustration, or example is fit for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or clearance advice for your specific project.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sampld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We link out to some things — press coverage, external tools, our processors' policies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we'll bump the version at the top and, where practical, tell people on the waitlist by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from the site or the waitlist is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — unless you're a consumer with mandatory rights to bring it locally, in which case those rights apply.
Anything about these terms: legal@sampld.net. Anything else: hello@sampld.net.
A note: These terms are written to be truthful and specific to what this site does today. They are not legal advice. When the product launches, a full Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, and (where relevant) API terms will govern the relationship separately.
